Carolina Crossroads is situated on I-95 between Richmond, Virginia and Raleigh, North Carolina. These strong demographics will be supercharged by visitors from North to South on the I-95 Corridor.
In 2004 the US Census Bureau designated the Roanoke Rapids area as a new "micropolitan area" which officially designates the area as an economic hub for the region. As a result, the Roanoke Valley is now recoginized as a significant economic entity located right on the major North-South I-95 corridor. This area is an easily identifiable and marketable economic center which will encourage future regional growth. |
