 Thanks for your interest in Carolina Crossroads, the East Coast’s newest destination for music, fun, and entertainment.
Carolina Crossroads currently has more than 300,000 sq. ft. of value retail space under development. Interest has been overwhelming as we are currently taking reservations for that space. Additionally, Carolina Crossroads is working with tenants on 40,000 sq. ft. of specialty/boutique retail space adjacent to the Parton Theater.
 A $16 million, 147-room Hilton Garden Inn is currently being built by B & C Hospitality of Augusta, Georgia. The hotel will feature conference facilities, a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and pool. A state of the art R.V. Park is also under construction. Outback Steakhouse also closed on space in Carolina Crossroads. Carolina Crossroads is also scheduling another series of outdoor concerts in the Spring/Summer of 2008 as well as numerous family-themed events including a hot air balloon festival, wine festival, and a classic car show.
Carolina Crossroads is owned by Roanoke Rapids Entertainment, LLC with Michael Dunlow and George Ragsdale as managing members. Blanchard and Calhoun Commercial of Augusta, Georgia were selected as the marketing and development partner for Carolina Crossroads based on their experience, especiall withWal_Mart and Belk in Premier Landing.
