    A full-slate of entertainment will also take place over the weekend at the Carolina Crossroads Outdoor Amphitheater.  Visitors can enjoy carnival type games, food, and a variety of musical entertainment.  The event begins on Friday at 10 a.m. with interactive learning opportunities with the balloonist for school groups.  Gates open at 4:30 p.m. with live entertainment, a balloon “Night Glow” (weather permitting) at 7:30 p.m., and a special performance by country stars the Zac Brown Band. 

    Saturday’s events begin at 6 a.m. with a balloon launch (weather permitting).  Family-friendly events are planned throughout the day including live musical performances by country star Danielle Peck, Zac Brown Band, and a special appearance by comedian Jeff Foxworthy beginning at 6 p.m
