| General Information for Vendors at Carolina Crossroads Events |
Applications and total rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event. All checks will be deposited. A $30 fee will be charged for any bank returned check. If application is not approved, a refund will be given. Late participants are susceptible to an imposed late fee. A layout of the vendor’s space is to be provided with the application along with photographs and menu.
Booth construction is the vendor’s responsibility and must be confined within assigned space.
- Vendor fee includes one 10’ x 10’ space only. Everything must be confined to the allotted space. Example: if you have a 15’ tent, you must reserve and pay for 2-10’ x 10’ (10’ x 20’) spaces.
Each vendor must provide Certificate of Insurance.
- Each vendor must provide Certificate of Insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy listing Carolina Crossroads and Roanoke Rapids Entertainment One, LLC as “Additional Insured” and specifying the amount of $1,000,000.00 for liability insurance. A copy of the vendor’s North Carolina seller’s permit is also required.
A health department certificate will be required for food booths. No open cooking is allowed.
Carolina Crossroads will assign an exclusive supplier for ice, soft drinks and water sales.
- For the protection of our sponsors, all vendors must purchase these items from the on-site exclusive supplier designated by Carolina Crossroads. Deviation from this rule may be made only with the expressed consent of Carolina Crossroads. Exceptions will be granted where the vendor requires a unique specialty item that is not available from the exclusive supplier.
Electricity
- One 110V outlet is provided per 10’ x 10’ area. If vendor requires additional electricity, a $50 charge per 110V will be assessed.
Parking
- Limited parking is available for vendors. The size of the space rented determines the number of parking passes.
Merchandise and the Carolina Crossroads Logo
- Any merchandise bearing the Carolina Crossroads logo can be sold only by Carolina Crossroads. It is a registered trademark and can be used only with the approval of the Carolina Crossroads.
Carolina Crossroads reserves the right to restrict the sale of any items.
Raffles and Giveaways
- If your club or group should desire to offer a raffle or giveaway during the event, this must be specified on your application and is subject to approval by Carolina Crossroads. Raffles or giveaways are limited to non-profit organizations only. You will be responsible for securing all necessary permits from the City of Roanoke Rapids. Carolina Crossroads reserves the right to request removal of items which are deemed unsuitable to the theme of the event.
Tents, Tables and Chairs
- Carolina Crossroads will assign an exclusive supplier for tents, tables and chairs. For the protection of our sponsors, all vendors must purchase these items from the on-site exclusive supplier designated by Carolina Crossroads.
